Pedophile dad loses court appeal (Vancouver, Canada)

UNNAMED DAD has been convicted of making child porn involving his 4-year-old daughter and another unrelated child. This @$$wipe was only sentenced to 7 YEARS in prison. But this guy is so arrogant, he actually filed an appeal to have his sentence reduced to 5 YEARS. But he just lost. Well, thank goodness for small favors....

A B.C. man who made kiddie porn of his own daughter has lost his bid to have his sentence reduced.

The man--who cannot be identified--was appealing a seven year prison sentence for sexual touching and making child porn.

The 62 year-old took explicit photos and videos of his four year-old daughter and her four year-old friend.

He wanted his sentence reduced to five years, but the B.C. Court of Appeal has turned him down in a unanimous decision.

For the court, Mr. Justice Kenneth Mackenzie says the facts of the case are "egregious and reprehensible."

In their investigation, Police found ten images of a naked girl on the man's palm pilot and at least 12 videos and more photos on digital memory sticks.
