Dad arrested for beating his 5-month-old son; baby has fractured skull, ribs (Norman, Oklahoma)

Caretaking father TOAUFIK NOUMANE has been charged with fracturing his 5-month-old son's skull and ribs. Dad actually had the nerve to blame the assault on his 2-year-old son. Mom was at work during the "incident," and took the child to the emergency room immediately once she returned.

Man faces charges in toddler child abuse

NORMAN -- An Oklahoma man is now facing charges after he allegedly beat his five month old son. According to investigators the alleged incident happend back in April inside the Thunderbird Travel Lodge in Norman.

During the attack police say, Toaufik Noumane, fractured his son's skull and ribs, and tried to blame his 2-year-old son for the injuries.

"The injuries were discovered after the mother came home from work picked up the children and was returning back to their home in Ada. The child started exhibiting symptoms that started to concern her so she took him to the emergency room.

According to officials in Clevland County the suspect is still on the loose, but an arrest warrant should be issued with in the next couple days.
