Dad is identified as TYRONE JEFFERSON. Not clarified here if Daddy was babysitting or what. No mention of a mother in the home.

Father accused in 2-year-old's death

The father of a 2-year-old boy has been accused in the child's death at a home in north Houston Thursday, officials said.
Tyrone Jefferson, 24, is charged with capital murder in the death of the child at 16800 block of City View Place, said John Cannon, a spokesman for the Houston Police Department.
Cannon said the child was rushed to Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital about 9 a.m., where he was pronounced dead. He was identified in Harris County court documents as Ja-Shaun Davis.
According to the court documents, Jefferson caused the boy's head to hit a wall.
Investigators questioned Jefferson about the death and he admitted hitting the boy, Cannon said. He was arrested about 6 p.m.
