Dad murders 9-month-old son during court-ordered visitation (Twin Peaks, California)

Dad STEPHEN GARCIA has murdered his 9-month-old son during a court-ordered visitation.

I'm sick of these cases. Virtually all the time, there is a criminal record or history of red flags that clearly indicate that the murdering dad was a risk to the children.

In fact, the comments accompanying this article say that Daddy Dearest broadcast his intentions in advance on Facebook!

But judges routinely ignore, downplay, or deliberately lie about or distort the risk. When are these judges going to be held accountable for their actions? Ever?

In this case, it appears that the blood-stained judge was J. David Mazurek. Here's an example of his basic idiocy. Is he going to be held accountable?

J. DAVID MAZUREK PRESIDING.

COURT FINDS THERE IS NOT THREAT TO PETITIONER OR THE MINOR CHILD.
THE OSC IS DENIED.
