Dad MARK MESSENGER should have been taken out of circulation years ago. He has 10 previous criminal convictions (presumably for domestic violence), and yet this sh** was OUT ON BAIL. So what do you think somebody this unrelentingly evil is going to do when he's out on bail? He tries to murder his "estranged" wife, the mother of their three disabled children, that's what he's going to do. What did you think he was going to do? Write poetry? Find a cure for cancer?

A crazed father has been jailed for life for trying to make his partner write her own suicide note as he slashed her wrist and choked her.

Mark Messenger planned to kill himself and take the estranged mother of his three disabled children with him.

The 41-year-old cut Jane Andrews, 32, with a razor blade, told her what to write and put her in a hot shower to stop the wound closing.

He also wrapped a light cord round her neck - fleeing only when their son awoke.

Miss Andrews, of Flackwell Heath, Bucks, had seven stitches and told Reading crown court: "I can still see Mark standing over me."

Andrews, who has 10 previous convictions and was on bail for threatening her, will serve a minimum seven years for attempted murder.
