Custodial dad, stepmom indicted for starvation, abuse of 9-year-old son (Lake Charles, Louisiana)

Custodial dad MURRY DALTON DAY, along with the stepmonster, have both been indicted for cruelty to a juvenile. Somehow "cruelty" seems terribly inadequate to describe what these sick sh**s did to this poor boy. To me, it sounds like they inflicted nothing short of systematic torture.

Stepmom and father indicted in child abuse case

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - A Calcasieu grand jury has indicted the step mother and father of a boy who was found living in deplorable conditions back in early February.

Jamie Brooks Day was indicted on three counts of second degree cruelty to a juvenile and five counts of cruelty to a juvenile.

The boy's father, Murry Dalton Day, was indicted on one count of second degree cruelty to a juvenile and two counts of cruelty to a juvenile.
