GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A Holland father will spend 12 to 20 years in prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct and various other charges, he learned at his sentencing Monday.

Kelly John Paris in December pleaded guilty to five counts related to a rape in June, a crime that also allegedly included his son and another teen.

On the day his trial was to begin, the 43-year-old admitted his guilt on first-degree criminal sexual conduct, third-degree CSC while incapacitated, fourth-degree CSC while incapacitated, child abuse and using a computer to commit a crime.

In October, he, his 19-year-old son, Jordan, and Sage Lewis, also 19, were arrested and accused of raping a 17-year-old girl and recording it.

The victim told police the attack happened June 29 when she was at the Paris home. While she was visiting the house and the young men, she said, she had a couple drinks around 2 a.m. with them.

She said she passed out and woke up with Jordan having sex with her. The victim then passed out again and woke up when Kelly was assaulting her. She reported the rape to police at 7 a.m.

Jordan Paris and Lewis are awaiting trial on their charges.
