Dad faces court over 20 child sexual assault offences (Newcastle, Australia)

UNNAMED DAD is accused of sexually abusing his daughter from about the age of 10. She was "allegedly" even kept out of school by the father, with community services doing its usual half-@$$ed job of following up. Where is the mother in all this? It sure sounds like a single father, but of course, the media refuses to clarify this.

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.

Newcastle District Court has heard a woman who accused her father of incest when she was a girl was regularly absent from school, until authorities intervened.

The woman alleges she was sexually abused by her father from the age of 10-and-a-half while living in the Lake Macquarie area in the 80s and 90s.

Her father has pleaded not guilty to 20 child sex offences.

Yesterday, the court was told the man spoilt his daughter by buying her chocolate, soft drink and a horse.

It is also alleged he took her to licensed venues wearing revealing outfits and stiletto shoes.

The court was told at times the victim had sex with her father up to twice a day and was regularly kept home from school.

The crown says the Department of Community Services paid the father a visit in 1990 and after that the girl went back to school regularly.

The trial continues.
