Custodial dad found with porn images, including videos of daughter, banned from teaching (Auckland, New Zealand)
Dad FRANCIS STEPHEN GLENSKI was sentenced to just 16 months in jail in October 2008 for possessing porn images that included videos of his own daughter. This past week, the Teacher's Council finally got around to cancelling his teacher's practicing certificate. Well, better late than never.
At least the children are allowed to live with their mother in the U.S. now. According to earlier articles--see post immediately above this one--this guy had sole custody before.

A teacher found with more than 200 pornographic images, including videos of his daughter and two foreign exchange students having showers, has been banned from teaching.
Francis Stephen Glenski, a former employee of Auckland's Avondale College, was sentenced to 16 months' jail in October 2008. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of making objectionable material and one count of possessing objectionable images on his computer.
The Teachers Council issued its decision to cancel his teacher's practising certificate this week. Names of teachers and their schools are always deleted from the decisions, but The Dominion Post has confirmed the teacher was Glenski. Police raided his home after being alerted by Avondale College principal Brent Lewis.
A colleague fixing Glenski's laptop had found a file with the images and films of under-age girls. The colleague stored the images on a memory card, which was then given to the principal.
Nine of the films were shot through a hidden grille and showed two Asian exchange students and his daughter taking showers.
Detectives found that the bathroom at the North Shore address matched the one in the footage. After the police raid, Glenski's children were taken into the care of Child, Youth and Family and are now with their mother in the United States.
"I'm extremely remorseful for the impact [that] what I did has had on my children, my ex-partner and Avondale College," Glenski said two months before he was sentenced.
Victim impact statements submitted by the daughter and her mother were read out in court. The family had been torn apart.
Glenski's former wife wrote: "[The children] feel the shame of his shameful actions. They are the ones who carry the burden of this shame, shame of being his children, shame of him being their father."
In another decision, a teacher had his practising certificate cancelled after being found with child pornography. He was sentenced to seven months' prison in February last year.
