Dad charged with sexually abusing, killing 3-month-old daughter (Poughkeepsie, New York)
We've posted on dad WILLIAM C. TATE Jr. before. He has now been arraigned on 4 counts of murder, 2 counts of sexual assault against a child, and one count of aggravated sexual abuse. He's accused of sexually assaulting and killing his 3-month-old daughter at home.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) - A 29-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting and killing his 3-month-old daughter at his home in Dutchess County.
William C. Tate Jr. of Amenia was arraigned in Dutchess County Court Tuesday on four counts of murder, two counts of sexual assault against a child, and one count of aggravated sexual abuse.
His lawyer, Assistant Public Defender George Hazel, entered not guilty pleas.
Tate is accused of sexually assaulting baby Reese Tate and killing her with "blunt force trauma" on the night of Feb. 3 in their home. An autopsy showed the baby's injuries included a broken rib, swelling of the brain, and multiple internal injuries.
Tate is in jail without bail pending his next court appearance April 13.
