Single adoptive dad accused of abusing 15-year-old son back in jail after violating bond conditions (Colorado Springs, Colorado)

We've posted on single adoptive dad JEREMIAH LOVATO before. Now he's back in jail for violating his bond conditions by contacting his son. There's NO reason a dad like this should have been let out of jail; no wonder this boy fears for his life, given the torture this sadist put him through before.

You got to wonder who the hell approved this animal as an adoptive parent.

Father Accused Of Child Abuse Violates Bond

COLORADO SPRINGS - A father accused of abusing his 15-year-old adopted son is back behind bars after violating his bond conditions.

39-year-old Jeremiah Lovato is being held on a $1 million bond at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

Lovato was arrested on January 3 for allegedly holding his son down by stomping on his private parts, while beating him with a 2 by 2 piece of lumber. His son also told investigators Lovato hit him with a meat tenderizer and leather belt. Lovato was charged with First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Felony Child Abuse and Menacing. He was released on a $250,000 in January and was not to have any contact with his son.

In court Thursday, Sheriff's detective Cliff Porter testified that Lovato drove past the victim's bus stop in February and March and even attempted to talk to his son.

The defense attorney said it was "incidental contact" because Mr. Lovato's home is only 11 houses away from the foster family's home. The victim's attorney said regardless, the victim fears for his life and is afraid his father will kill him if he's not in jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22nd at. 8:30 a.m.
