Dad accused of murdering infant son back in court (Farmington, West Virginia)

Boy oh boy, dad JASON ANDERSON sure knows how to make friends and influence people. Not only does this son-of-a-gun "allegedly" murder his infant son, he threatens the lives of the West Viriginia governor and the President of the United States. Great move, dude. Nothing like violent and stupid in the same package.

Father Accused of Killing Child Back in Court

A Farmington man accused of murdering his infant son had a pre-trial hearing Tuesday.

MORGANTOWN -- Jason Anderson, 18, was back in Marion County Court Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.

Anderson is accused of murdering his infant son.

The prosecution told Judge David Janes that it plans to use statements Jason Anderson made the night the child died during Anderson's jury trial.

Judge Janes will also review photos from the medical examiner and hospital staff and decide which are not too gruesome to present to the jury.

Anderson will be moved to the Tygart Valley Regional jail as long as his co-defendant, and mother of the child, isn't there.

He will go to trial April 7.

Anderson also faces charges for threatening Gov. Joe Manchin and President Barack Obama while in prison.
