MANCHESTER, Ohio -- An Adams County man is accused of injuring his 18-month-old daughter.

Deputies said David Chambers told authorities the girl had a seizure on Saturday. She was airlifted from Manchester to Children's Hospital after she was found not breathing.

On Tuesday, after searching the family's apartment and talking to family and neighbors, deputies charged Chambers with child endangering.

Chambers, 21, is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center pending transfer back to Adams County.

The child's condition has not been released.
