This dim @ss hit this baby in the face for FIVE FREAKING MINUTES for "fussing"? And then didn't stop till the baby looked like he was losing consciousness?

Teenage Father tells Police He Slapped Baby Because He was "Fussy"

Police say a teenager is in jail for slapping his 18-month-old son for being fussy.

18 year old Jonathan Moya was picked up on injury to child charges.

According to an arrest warrant the child's mother said she went to work and left the baby with Moya on Friday the 27th.

 Investigators say Moya called her at work and said the baby fell from his crib and was hurt.

EMS workers reported bruises on both sides of the baby's face.

Moya eventually confessed to slapping the child for about five minutes, and panicked when the child looked like he was losing consciousness.

In the affidavit, Moya says he was frustrated with the child for being "fussy."

He was arrested Saturday and made bail Sunday morning. His bond was 15-grand. Monday, September 30 2013, 11:32 AM CDT
