Father with "full custody" charged in son's beating death. In 2010, father found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.

Berkeley County

Father: ROGER “TONY” WILLIAMS

Date of Death: June 2010
Father, girlfriend charged with homicide in death of son during summer visitation. Dad convicted in October 2012, sentenced to life in prison.

Chester County

Father: UNNAMED FATHER
Victim(s): Xymerra Evans (11 months)
Date of Death: September 2009
Child sexually abused, beaten during visitation with father. Later died at hospital. As of October 2014, still unable to determine father's name or any update.

Chesterfield County

Father: MITCHELL CHARLES RIVERS
Victim(s): Mitchell Alexander Rivers (3 months)
Date of Death: 2005
Single adoptive dad convicted of homicide, sentenced to life in prison in February 2011.

Lexington County

Victim(s): Merah (8 years), Elias (6 years), Nahtahn (6 years), Gabriel (2 years), Elaine (1 year)
Date of Death: Late August/Early September 2014
Father with felony history and history of domestic violence secured full custody of five young children. Retained custody through multiple CPS investigations for child abuse/neglect. Children's bodies were found in garbage bags in Alabama.

Marlboron County

Father: JUSTIN C. BRUEGER
Victim(s): Easton Brueger (8 years)
Date of Death: December 2012
Son "accidentally" shot during father's visitation. In January 2013, father charged with Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child, a felony. No other update as of October 2014.

York County

Father: QUENTIN EVANS
Victim(s): Kaidence Evans (1 month)
Date of Death: January 2014

Father with "shared custody" charged with homicide by child abuse. Convicted in March 2015, sentenced to 45 years in prison.
