FREMONT - A Clyde, Ohio man was indicted by a Sandusky County grand jury on three felonies stemming from the death of his 2-month-old son last week.

K.C. Goble, 22, was indicted on two counts of murder - one with the underlying offense of felonious assault, the other with the underlying offense of child endangering. He also was indicted on one count of child endangering.

Mr. Goble has been in the Sandusky County jail since Jan. 12 when his girlfriend called 911 to report that the couple's infant son, Preston Goble, was not breathing. The baby was rushed to Bellevue Hospital then flown to Toledo Children's Hospital where he died Jan. 13.

An autopsy conducted by the Lucas County Coroner's Office determined that young Preston died from blunt head trauma.
