BEAVERTON, Ore. - A father and son as well as another teen have been linked to the robbery of a Beaverton bank on Monday in which a shotgun-toting criminal threatened tellers with the gun, authorities said.

The robbery happened at the Key Bank at 805 N.W. Murray Boulevard about 3:30 p.m.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, two people entered the bank, threatened the tellers with a pistol grip shotgun and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt.

A description of the suspects was sent out via police radio, and a Beaverton police officer spotted the suspects in a white 1989 Jeep Cherokee, the sheriff's office said. Beaverton police and
Washington County Sheriff's deputies stopped the SUV on Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard underneath Highway 26. The suspects gave up without a struggle. All of the money, as well as the weapon, was recovered, the sheriff's office said.

Dale Danley, 48, his son James, 17, and 16-year-old Harley Meyers, all of Beaverton, were arrested on first-degree robbery charges. Meyers was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

The father was lodged in the Washington County Jail while the teenagers were taken to the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Center, the sheriff's office said.
