Mom wants custody back of surviving children after 3-year-old daughter dies in home of custodial father (Johor Baharu, Malaysia)
I am unable to copy any part of this article, but custodial dad NURAFIZAN LUDU and the charming step have both been arrested after police determined that his 3-year-old daughter didn't die by drowning in a pail of water, but from repeated blunt force trauma. Authorities counted some 73 bruises on the child in all.
Unlike most of the western press, this article explains the custodial situation that set up this "alleged" murder. Moms don't really get custody in Malaysia, see. It's called institutionalized patriarchy (fathers rights). After the couple separated, the grandfather took over the care of the couples' three children. After Grandpa was unable to continue for health reasons, Dad took over last October. He quickly cut off all contact with the mother (stardard modus operandi for abuser daddies). Three months later, the 3-year-old daughter is dead. In addition, it appears that her other two siblings had been physically abused.
Mom would like to get custody back of the two surviving children now. Good luck with that....
