Dad with "shared custody" appears to have murdered 2 kids (Thousand Oaks, California)

Authorities are still "investigating" whether UNNAMED DAD murdered his 12-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter. I thought the fathers rights people told us this stuff would stop once dads got "shared custody." What a lie that's turned out to be.

SoCal deaths of man, 2 kids may be murder-suicide

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.—Ventura County officials say they're trying to determine whether the stabbing deaths of a father and his two children at a Thousand Oaks apartment may have been a murder-suicide.

Sheriff's Capt. Frank O'Hanlon says a woman found the bodies of her ex-husband, 12-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter when she went to pick up the children from their father's home Wednesday evening.

The names of the victims weren't released.

Autopsies were planned Thursday.

O'Hanlon says detectives are still investigating the deaths but one possibility is that the 52-year-old father killed the children and then himself. He also says there are no suspects being sought.

O'Hanlon says the couple recently divorced and shared child custody.
