Dad arrested for beating 3-year-old son around face, head (Marion County, West Virginia)

Dad RANDALL LOY has apparently admitted to beating his 3-year-old son around the head and face. The boy was hospitalized.

A three year-old boy is rushed to the hospital, and his father is in custody, on a "child abuse resulting in injury" charge.

The boy's father, 23 year-old Randall Loy, is behind bars.

According to court documents, Loy grabbed, shook, and open-handedly beat the boy in the head and face.

The child was taken to Fairmont General Hospital. He allegedly told Marion County Sheriff's Deputies that his father was the one who beat him. Allegedly, Loy has already admitted to the crime.

Loy is being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $20,000 bond, cash or surety.
