Dad murders 2-year-old daughter because mum "restricted access" (Hallam, Australia)

Dad RAMAZAN ACAR is one sick f***. In his twisted entitled mind, he was justified in stabbing to death his 2-year-old daughter because her mother had "restricted access." Well, @$$hole, it seems she had good reason to, doesn't it?

Notice how much daddy admires ARTHUR FREEMAN, another Australian dad who murdered his daughter during visitation.

Yea, we got some kind of killer dad/fathers rights mutual admiration society going here, don't we?

Mum tells court: I miss my murdered girl

Since her two-year-old daughter was stabbed to death by her ex-partner, not a day passes without Rachelle D'Argent thinking of her little girl.

"I miss her face, I miss her smile, I miss her voice, I miss her laugh, I miss her smell," a shaky but stoic Ms D'Argent told the Victorian Supreme Court on Thursday.

"I miss giving her a bath, I miss singing and dancing with her, I miss lying next to her at night and her playing with my fingers for her to fall asleep.

"But, most importantly, I miss her running up to me and jumping into my arms and hugging me whilst telling me that she loves me."

Ramazan Acar, 24, has pleaded guilty to murdering his daughter Yazmina, whom he kidnapped from her Hallam home, then stabbed last November.

He posted a message - "Bout 2 kill ma kid" - on Facebook and sent Ms D'Argent taunting text messages before stabbing Yazmina multiple times in the chest and stomach.

He then dumped her body in vacant land in Melbourne's north west.

Ms D'Argent told the presentence hearing she was robbed of "so many firsts", including Yazmina's first haircut, first day of school and losing her first tooth.

But although she could no longer see her, Yazmina continued to be her love, her life and her strength.

"It was and will always be mummy and Mimi for life," she said.

Acar, a bricklayer, wiped tears from his eyes and held his head in his hands during the hearing.

A psychiatrist gave evidence Acar was blinded by hatred for Ms D'Argent and wanted to punish her for restricting access to his daughter.

Dr Danny Sullivan said Acar was an immature man whose judgment was impaired by his personality disorder and substance use.

Prosecutor Peter Rose SC said Acar should be jailed for 29 to 33 years for the particularly chilling murder.

At the time, Acar was in breach of a suspended sentence for assaulting Ms D'Argent and an intervention order she took out against him for his violent behaviour.

Justice Elizabeth Curtain said Acar was clearly an "angry young man" undeterred by court orders.

She said Acar's action of placing Yazmina on the telephone to speak to her mother one last time, in which they told each other "I love you", was callous and he had also told her he had killed their daughter when he hadn't yet.

"It shows an insight, it shows a callousness. It's quite breathtaking, really," she said.

In his police interview, Acar said he "knew how the man on the West Gate bridge felt," in reference to Arthur Freeman who murdered his daughter by throwing her off the bridge.

He told police he had been drinking for three days and wanted to die.

Defence barrister Gavan Meredith argued Acar showed remorse and wanted to be punished.

He had engraved marks around his eyes shaped liked tears as a permanent reminder of his actions. He also engraved Yazmina's initials on his stomach.

Mr Meredith said Acar's actions unfolded during emotional turmoil and asked Justice Curtain to take into account his age, mental state and early guilty plea.

But Justice Curtain said: "While he's in that emotional state he's updating his Facebook about what he's going to do".

Acar, of Meadow Heights, was remanded in custody for sentencing on July 1.
