Dad convicted of murdering mom as part of "custody dispute" (Washington, Pennsylvania)

Yet another example of a violent father, TERRENCE GRAHAM, who used a "custody dispute" (e.g. custody war directed against the mother) to terrorize and control his "estranged" girlfriend. Given that Daddy has permanently removed the mother from his young son's life, it doesn't sound like "shared" parenting was his motive here, does it? In reality, murdering the mom was just the ultimate extension of Daddy's power and control obsessions--the same motives that went into his attempted child custody grab.

WASHINGTON, Pa.—It took a western Pennsylvania jury 10 hours to convict a man of two counts of murder in the slayings of his estranged girlfriend and another man.

The Washington County jury returned its verdicts against 34-year-old Terrance Graham late Tuesday night.

Graham was charged with killing 25-year-old Lynna Flippen and 31-year-old Ernest Yarbough Jr. in May 2010 after their bodies were found in Yarbough's car.

The bodies of both victims were found fatally shot a few hours after Flippen made a frantic 911 call about an intruder. Police who responded to her home found blood spattered throughout the residence but the house was empty.

Prosecutors say Graham and Flippen were locked in a custody dispute over their young son.
Graham faces a mandatory life sentence on July 25.
