Dad suspected of assaulting 8-month-old daughter; baby in critical condition (Gresham, Oregon)

Dad RODERICK D. FRIMPONG has been charged with 1st-degree assault. But other than that,t t's not clear what happened here in the slightest. The police were called to the home for a "domestic disturbance?" By whom? The baby's mother? Who knows. There isn't one word to acknowledge that this baby ever had a mother....

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.
