Dad indicted in death of 9-month-old son (Columbus, Ohio)
Dad HAROLD WARNER has now been indicted for 2 counts of murder, 1 count of endangering children, and 1 count of felonious assault in the death of his 9-month-old son. Apparently the baby did not die from drowning in the bathtub--as was originally claimed--but from severe head trauma.

COLUMBUS, Ohio—A 24-year-old man was indicted Friday in connection with the death of his 9-month-old son last week.
Nine-month-old Sylahs Gather was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital on the evening of Nov. 24, after his father stated the child was found in a bathtub unresponsive.
The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Refugee Road in southwest Columbus.
The child later died while being treated at the NICU.
An autopsy determined that the child died as a result of being assaulted. Gather suffered internal injuries and was found to have severe head trauma.
The father, Harold Warner, 24, of Columbus, was later arrested and charged with Gather’s murder. He was indicted on two counts of murder and one count each of endangering children and felonious assault.
Warner is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9.
