In the last five years, how many US kids have been killed by fathers in cases involving custody/visitation? AT LEAST 250.

Recently I was asked how many U.S. children were murdered by fathers in situations involving custody/visitation, especially in the last five years. I honestly didn't know, as I just reference cases on the appropriate state list. I don't count them. But I decided it would be interesting to do a tally by state and year. Of course the usual caveats apply. These are just the cases I happened to find by searching the media. In addition, because of work/life responsibilities, I have had less time to search for cases in the last year and the numbers reflect that. But this is what I found:
