Dad leaves twin babies alone in car to have sex, arrested (Prince George County, Virginia)

I'm thinking that the woman in question is not Mom. Makes me wonder if the parents are separated/divorced, and this little tryst took place during Daddy's visitation time.

Notice that there is no mention of the mother in this story, and that CPS now has custody. So maybe dad JUAN MINFORTO had custody?

As usual, the media is very vague about the custodial status of the offender father.

Dad leaves twin babies alone in car to have sex, arrested

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (PIX11) — A father of 1-year-old twin girls was arrested in Virginia Friday after he left the babies alone in a parked car to have sex.

Police responded to 911 calls from neighbors who heard crying and found the screaming girls when they arrived to the Prince George County duplex, where the car was parked in a driveway with the windows down.

Officers found the 47-year-old father, Juan Minforto, about 30 feet away having sex with a woman behind the building.

He was charged with two counts of felony child endangerment and indecent exposure.

The woman was also charged with indecent exposure. She was released on the scene.

The children were placed in the custody of child protective services after being taken to Southside Regional Medical Center. Minforto will remain in jail until an initial court hearing next week.
