Dad in "custody battle" with children's mother pleads guilty to stabbing deaths of two sons (Lawrenceville, Georgia)

Once again, we see that for abuser dads, CONTROL is the main thing. Whether through a "custody battle" or through cold-blooded murder matters not one whit to these @$$holes.

Lawrenceville Father Pleads Guilty to Stabbing Sons to Death

Elvis Garcia-Nolasco will spend at least 20 years behind bars for the 2011 murders of two of his young children.

On Tuesday, a Lawrenceville father pleaded guilty to charges he killed two of his children. Elvis Garcia-Nolasco pleaded guilty to two counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault according to WSB-TV.

According to police said, in February 2011, Garcia-Nolasco stabbed his three children at a home on Bridle Path Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville. Bradley Garcia, 3 and Edward Garcia, 1, died in the attack. Another child who as also 3 at the time survived.

Police initially charged another man with the murders of the children, but later found new evidence linking Garcia-Nolasco to the crime. Investigators say the father tried to set up the initial suspect in a custody battle with the children's mother.

Garcia-Nolasco was sentenced to life with parole for the murders of the two boys. He also received 20 years for the aggravated assault charge. Should Garcia-Nolasco be paroled, he will be deported to his native Honduras.
