Father Accused Of Shooting Car Of Child's Mother

BURLINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A father is in jail after police say he shot numerous times into a vehicle occupied by the mother of his two-year-old child during a custody exchange.

According to the Boone County Sheriff's office, no one was injured in the Sunday shooting that happened at about 11:25 a.m. in Burlington. In the vehicle with the child's mother, Heather Brockman, were Brockman's friend Steven Lang and Brockman's mother, Pandora Brockman. The Brockmans live in Burlington and Lang lives in Falmouth.

The father, 25-year-old Mirado Crow, of Cincinnati, is charged with three counts of attempted murder, tampering with evidence and criminal mischief. He is detained at the Boone County jail. Jail records do not indicate whether he has a lawyer.

The child was in Crow's car during the shooting and was uninjured.
