Dad accused of forcing 13-year-old daughter to smoke pot (New Castle, Pennsylvania)
Dad DAVID STEWART has been charged with child endangerment after police say he forced his 13-year-old daughter to smoke marijuana. Note that her 14-year-old brother took her to a "relative's house" to get away from Daddy, and the "relative" called the police.

Man accused of forcing his teenage daughter to smoke pot
NEW CASTLE, Pa. (AP) -- A western Pennsylvania man is scheduled for a hearing on child endangerment and other charges because his 14-year-old son told police the man forced his 13-year-old daughter to smoke marijuana.
Police say the boy took his sister to a relative's house July 27 to get away from their father, and that relative called police.
Police say they later searched the man's residence and found marijuana, after the man's son told them where the could find it.
Forty-six-year-old David Stewart, of Union Township, Lawrence County, has been jailed since Saturday and faces a hearing Friday.
He's also charged with distributing a controlled substance to a minor, corruption of minors, and other crimes. Online court records do not list an attorney for Stewart.
