Dad to be charged with murder in death of 3-month-old daughter (Hemet, California)
We've reported on this case before. Now dad JASON MOORE is to be charged with murder after his 3-month-old daughter died from her brain injury--probably the result of abusive head trauma.

A case of child abuse became a murder charge Aug. 5 when a 3-month-old Hemet girl died of a brain injury.
Charged with murder is her 31-year-old father, Jason Moore, according to Riverside County Deputy Sheriff Dean Spivacke.
Bail was set at $1 million.
Deputies were called to Hemet Valley Medical Center emergency room about 6 p.m. July 27 to investigate the case of a child suffering a brain injury.
The baby was flown to Loma Linda University Medical Center, which specializes in treating such injuries, where she died.
Doctors told investigators they did not expect the child to survive the injury.
Family members gave permission for the child’s organs to be donated.
Results of the autopsy are not being released.
Deputies are asking that anyone with information contact the Central Homicide Unit at (760) 393-3500 or the Hemet Sheriff’s station at 791-3400.
