Dad abandons 2-year-old son in car after wreck (Indianapolis, Indiana)

Dad TORRIEN JEFFERSON has been arrested for "allegedly" abandoning his 2-year-old son after Dad crashed his car into another vehicle. Dad apparently took off running from the scene and must have forgotten a certain little person.

Police say 25 year-old Torrien Jefferson crashed into another vehicle in the 8000 block of east 38th Street. Officers say he left his two year-old son in his car and took off running.

INDIANAPOLIS - An Indianapolis father was arrested for allegedly abandoning his young son after a car wreck.

Police say 25 year-old Torrien Jefferson crashed into another vehicle in the 8000 block of east 38th Street. Officers say he left his two year-old son in his car and took off running. Jefferson was caught a half mile away from the crash scene. No one was hurt in the accident.

Jefferson faces neglect and hit and run charges.
