The headline stinks--it almost sounds like it was written by a pedophile. Man who had sex with his daughter? NO. It was a father who sexually assaulted his daughter. UNNAMED DAD of course. And he gets just two years in prison, followed by probation. Note that this scum was the biological father of one of the victims and a stepfather to the others. Just goes to show that these dipwads don't care about DNA. They just want an accessible victim.

A man who had sex with his daughter was sentenced Tuesday to two years in a federal penitentiary followed by three years of probation.

Mr. Justice Robert Beninger told the court that "there is no sentence that will give back to his victims what they have lost."

The man admitted to sexually abusing several children in the mid-90s.

He can't be named because a publication ban prohibits publishing anything that could identify his victims.

Last week he pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault and counselling a person under 14 to sexually touch another person.

The man was the biological father of one victim and acted as a stepfather to two others. Another victim was a friend of one child.

The facts read in court include incidents of sexual intercourse with his daughter, encouraging one child to sexually touch another and videotaping many of the incidents.
