Dad charged with murder in death of 16-month-old child (Jacksonville, Florida)

Dad DONTE DAWSON SR. had only been "watching" his 16-month-old child for 45 minutes to an hour when "the baby started convulsing and vomiting." Seems this numnuts managed to "lose it" and inflict fatal injuries in just that short period of time. There are just some men who should not be around children. This daddy is one of them. He's charged with murder.

Child Died Last Week At Hospital After Suffering Traumatic Injuries

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville police said the father of a 16-month-old child is to blame for the baby's death last week.

Police arrested Donte Dawson Sr. after his child unexpectedly died at Baptist Hospital last Tuesday.

Police said the baby started convulsing and vomiting while Dawson was watching him. He later died at the hospital.

An autopsy revealed the baby suffered multiple traumatic injuries that were suspicious in nature.

Police said the baby was only in Dawson's care for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Officers said Dawson admitted to causing the injuries.

Dawson has since been charged with murder.
