Why do dads like CECIL HAROLD WILSON always gets out on bail? This is how victims of child abuse/domestic violence are further endangered. Choking is considered a significant red flag for escalating violence....But the police chose to believe what is probably a polished, lying creep over a child. What else is new....

Wilson Charged With Child Abuse
Charges have been filed against 31-year-old Cecil Harold Wilson, who has been charged with child abuse. Bartlesville police were called to the 200 block of Northeast Debell Avenue to investigate a family fight. According to a court affidavit, officers spoke with an 8-year-old boy and his mother about the incident. The mother told the police that her son got into an argument with his father, Cecil Wilson. The boy told the authorities that Wilson picked him up by the shirt, ripped off his shirt, threw a toy tow truck at him and missed, and choked him. Police looked at the boy and saw no injury to support that he was choked, but did have a red mark on the right side of his neck. Wilson's next court date is February 3rd. Wilson is free on a $20,000 bond.

There is a lot more to this story; allegedly he also has abused his 13 year old daughter and his ex-wife. This has been an ongoing issue for over 13 years, with not much assistance from the local police dept, as his family has “connection” in this small town. Allegedly sometime during 2010, his daughter went to school with a mark a cross her neck, arms and stomach, at which the school called the police. An officer came to the school and took pictures, however the officer knew the father. Therefore, nothing was done; allegedly she wrote the report up as the mother was responsible for the marks on the child, never even notified DHS and the pictures disappeared. Allegedly there was also an incident over 5 years ago, involving the same little boy. In which Mr. Wilson allegedly used his son as a shield. Allegedly police had guns drawn on him and he intentionally used the child as a shield. He was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, assault on a police officer and child endangerment. Mr. Wilson spent less than 10 hours in jail. When he appeared in front of the judge, the only charge that he was faced with was resisting arrest. All other charges somehow disappeared!! These children and their mother have been and continue to go through hell, being forced to remain in this same small town, do to custody issues, lack of finances and lack of proof of abuse!!! REALLY LACK OF PROOF?!
