Father, son charged in "alleged" gang rape of 16-year-old girl (Hudson, Texas)

So kids really need their daddies, huh? Yup, CLINTON JOHNSON, SR. sure proved to be one stellar role model, didn't he? But then Daddy has a criminal record, so what would you expect. Wonder where the mother was during all this...notice there is no mention of her anywhere.

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.

A Hudson father and son have been arrested in connection with the alleged gang rape of a 16-year-old girl March 5.

The father and son, Clinton Johnson Sr., 53, and Clinton “Bubba” Johnson Jr., 17, are the only two named in the arrest affidavit out of six suspects. The allegations came to light March 25, when the girl made an outcry to a counselor at Hudson High School, according to Hudson Police Chief Jeff Burns.

On March 5, the girl was at Johnson Jr.’s home at 431 Harris St. for a party and had been drinking when she was told by Johnson Jr., his juvenile brother and another man believed to be 21 years old to lie down on a mattress in the backyard. When she did so, the alleged sexual assault began, although she told the men to stop, the affidavit stated. Johnson Jr. is accused of forcing her to have sex with him and also sexually assaulting her with a beer bottle, according to the affidavit.

Johnson Jr.’s brother also forced sex on the girl, the affidavit stated. The girl was then allegedly sexually assaulted by the others, including Clinton Johnson Sr., the affidavit stated.

Burns said he expects other arrests in the case, although the others involved are likely juveniles.

Johnson Jr. was being held on a $100,000 bond Monday while his father is being held on a $150,000 bond.

According to public record, Johnson Sr. has a criminal history dating to 1994 with charges of deadly conduct, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Johnson Jr. does not appear to have a criminal record.

If convicted, both men face up to life in prison for the first-degree felony charge.
