Dad could serve life in prison for sexually assaulting daughter (Weld County, Colorado)

Of course it's an UNNAMED DAD. Notice that Daddy took his daughter out of school and travelled with her on his trucking routes--just so he had to opportunity to rape her in random motel rooms. And notice that he photographed "the enconters." Is this the waterdowned way of saying he created pornography with his own kid? What's this "encounters" crap anyway? And where was this little girl's mother? If she were around, there is no way she wouldn't have known what was going on unless she were an idiot. And notice that no mother is mentioned anywhere. I truly suspect this is a single father, though, as usual, the media refuses to clarify the point.

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.

A Weld County man convicted of sexually assaulting his daughter was sentenced Monday to 36½ years-to-life in prison.

The man’s name is being withheld to protect his daughter, the victim.

A Weld District Court jury in January found the man guilty of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, a pattern of abuse, aggravated incest, two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and tampering with physical evidence.

According to Weld District Attorney’s spokeswoman Jennifer Finch, the father had repeatedly assaulted his daughter since June 2008. “The assaults occurred in the home,” Finch stated in a news release, “while the girl traveled with the defendant on his trucking routes and at numerous motel rooms in Weld County.”

He would take his daughter out of school on some days and to a motel room where he’d sexually assault her. He also took photos of the encounters and used the photos to arrange meetings with other women, Finch said.

The district attorney’s office asked the judge to give the man the maximum penalty in the charges and the judge agreed.
