This little girl is a hero, no doubt about it.

But if Daddy molested one of the kids WITH A WITNESS and threatened to kill the kid BY PUTTING A GUN TO HER HEAD, then why wasn't he locked up instead of roaming around town violating the protection order filed against him? But another example of abuser daddy coddling by the authorities.

Neighbors say 25-year-old Leo Henry broke into the house a few days back and took several things. He then came back Wednesday night, broke in again, and attacked his ex-fiancée with a knife, while both their young children were inside.

OKLAHOMA CITY - A horrible domestic dispute between a man and his girlfriend leads to her being stabbed, and him being shot by one of her children.

Neighbors say it was an 11-year-old girl who fired the gun.

It all happened just after 4 a.m. Wednesday near SE 89th St. and Bryant at the Burntwood Mobile Home Park. Those who live near the home are very shocked about what happened, but all of them are calling the little girl a hero.

“She saved her mom and her brothers and sisters, she really did,” said Carolyn Marsee, who lives next door to the mobile home where the stabbing and shooting happened.

Neighbors say 25-year-old Leo Henry broke into the house a few days back and took several things. He then came back Wednesday night, broke in again, and attacked his ex-fiancée with a knife, while both their young children were inside. She says the young couple had just moved into this home in July.

“I heard the shots. I heard screaming and yelling,” said Marsee. “And I was just praying that the kids were OK.”

News 9 discovered a protective order was filed a week ago by that mother against Henry. And it wasn't to protect her. It was to protect the children.

“He was mean to the kids,” said Marsee.

“He's a monster. He is a monster,” said her granddaughter Carolyn, who says she is a friend of the mother who was stabbed.

His stepsister still can't believe what happened.

“Never been like this. He's never been violent,” said Emma Spence, who says Henry is her step brother and claims the two are close. “He's always been there. We never thought that this would happen!”

But in the VPO filed Sept. 18, it states Leo Henry's own mother told the fiancée she witnessed Henry sexually molesting one of his children. It also states Henry threatened one of the children, held a gun to her head, and said he would kill her if she didn't keep their secret.

That secret was him taking photographs of her private parts; Disturbing news considering Henry's own father is currently in prison for possession of child pornography.

The mom wrote, “I am afraid he is going to hurt me and the children because I reported the abuse."

Police tell News 9 the young mother was stabbed several times and is pregnant, but is expected to recover from her injuries. Henry is also expected to recover from his injuries. And all the children have been placed in protective custody.

Henry also had another VPO filed against him by another woman back in 2006, but it was dropped.
