Dad is identified as MATTHEW MILISITS.
Another example of an axiom we have at Dastardly Dads: By the time the case goes to trial, Dad's custodial status will be "forgotten."
Sure enough, according to this article, Daddy has visitation/joint custody and actually had the nerve to return the baby to her mother in an "unresponsive" condition. Didn't even bother to get medical help.

GREENSBURG, Pa. —A Vandergrift man pleaded guilty to third-degree murder charge Friday for the 2012 death of his 2-month-old daughter.
Matthew Milisits, 32, told Judge Rita Hathaway he entered the guilty plea because, "I am guilty." Sophia Ludwiczak was in his care in November 2012 when he shook the baby girl. She died several days later.
"There are no winners in this case. He won't be sentenced to a life sentence but the sentence can be very severe, and he understands that," said defense attorney Phil DiLucente. "He is extremely haunted and saddened by the death of his child. He most likely never, ever be able to have a normal life. And not because of these charges, but because of the ultimate death."
That claim came as a surprise to Sophia's mother, Samantha Ludwiczak, 29, who said she had never before heard Milisits express remorse for the baby's death.
"Hearing that was a very big shocker because he's never shown any remorse for anything he's done," Ludwiczak said. "It was a very long time coming."
Milisits is facing up to 40 years in prison. He will be sentenced within 90 days. He said, "no comment," as he was escorted out of the Westmoreland County Courthouse.
"No amount of time and no amount of anything will bring my daughter back, but knowing he will pay for what he did is enough peace of mind," Ludwiczak said. "She was like my other half. I miss her every second of every day."
