Why did a dad like SPENCER WEAVER have visitation with a 2-month-old infant? It doesn't appear that these parents were ever married. And this guy has a long rap sheet: AT LEAST 9 ARRESTS since he was 18 for stuff like drugs, battery, concealed weapon, and trespassing. So is it any big surprise that the 2-month-old baby is suddenly "unresponsive" and "not breathing" after staying with his dad? The baby later died at the hospital. Daddy is still being "investigated."

Deputies investigate baby death in Citrus County

Inverness, Florida - Citrus County Sheriff's detectives are investigating the death of a 2-month-old boy in Inverness.
Deputies were called to 707 Emery Street on Valentine's Day regarding an unresponsive infant. Investigators say deputies, paramedics and Fire Rescue personnel alternately performed CPR on Tamarri Weaver as he was rushed to Citrus Memorial Hospital.
Detectives say because the boy was not breathing on his own, they flew him to All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg where he died Tuesday afternoon. Tamarri's parents are 21-year-old Spencer Weaver and 18-year-old Destiny Rogers.
Investigators say the two do not live together and the baby was staying with his father when he was reported unresponsive. Detectives say the autopsy has been completed, but they are not ready to release his cause of death.
Deputies continue to question the parents, caregivers and hospital personnel as their investigation continues.
Citrus County Jail records indicate Spencer Weaver has had lots of previous contact with law enforcement, having been arrested at least nine times since he turned 18.
Prior arrests involved drugs, battery, concealed weapon and trespassing charges.
