Forced feeding, beatings, handcuffs and contraints--let's call this what it is. Which is torture.
Where is the mother? Frankly, it doesn't sound like there is a mother in this home. Otherwise she would have shown up in this account, at minimum for "failing" to protect.
I am strongly suspecting that JEREMY YACHIK is a single father. So how did he get possession of this girl?
Let's ask the usual questions that reporters never ask: Is Mom dead? If so, by natural causes? Is she "missing"? Did dad strip Mom of custody through the courts?
Whenever you have a father like this one, who is totally drunk on power and control, it is crucial that these questions be raised.
Notice that this POS is out on $1500 bail. Total daddy coddling....

A Berthoud police officer is accused by his teenage daughter of force-feeding her hot sauce, beating her with ropes, and tying her hands with plastic zip ties and handcuffs.
Loveland police say they arrested 35-year-old Jeremy Yachik Wednesday morning at his home without incident. The allegations by his daughter are outlined in an arrest affidavit.
The Denver Post reports that Yachik faces four counts of child abuse and one count of false imprisonment. He's out on $1,500 bail and due in court Nov. 12 to be advised of the charges.
Loveland police say they began investigating Yachik in late September. Berthoud officials last week decided to have Larimer County Sheriff's Sgt. John Feyen serve as the town's police chief during the investigation. Meanwhile, Berthoud Police Chief Glenn Johnson has been put on administrative leave.
