Killler Dads and Custody Lists

Dad murders two young sons during supervised visitation; mom "vanished" in 2009 (Graham, Washington)

Well, killer daddy JOSH POWELL finally managed to kill off the whole family, didn't he? With the moronic authorities playing into his hands at every step of the way.

Remember this daddy? The one who says he took his very young sons camping in freezing weather the night their mom "disappeared"? And the authorities let him get by with this lying bullsh**? Allowed the kids live with this sociopathic wife killer and his equally sicko child porn-obsessed father?

Finally, a judge had the smarts to order the boys into the custody of the maternal grandparents. But he continued to allow the sociopathic daddy to have SUPERVISED VISITATION. Which meant nothing, because a cunning psychopath like Daddy managed to find a way to kill them anyway, while the supervisor looked on helplessly. Yet another reason why supervised visitation is a joke. If the parent isn't safe, no visitation. Period. Stop the catering to criminals.

I agree with the sheriff. This wasn't a "tragedy." It was pure evil. And it was evil that was aided and abetted by stupid people at every turn.

GRAHAM, Wash. – Fire officials say three bodies have been found after an explosion and fire at the home of Josh Powell, whose wife Susan remains missing.

Pierce County Sheriff's officials say the bodies are believed to be Josh Powell and his two children.

Graham Deputy Fire Chief Gary Franz said the explosion occurred moments after a Child Protective Services worker brought the two boys to the home for a supervised visit.

He said Powell let the boys in the house, then blocked the social worker from entering. The social worker called her supervisors to report that she could smell gas, and the home exploded.

Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire and discovered the bodies. The home was completely destroyed.

“This is pure evil. This was not a tragedy. This is the murder of two young children," said Paul Pastor, Pierce Co. Sheriff.

On Wednesday, a Washington judge ruled that the children must remain in the custody of Susan Powell's parents. The judge further said she won't consider returning the two boys to their father until he undergoes a psycho-sexual evaluation.

Powell has been attempting to regain custody.

The children have been living with Chuck and Judy Cox since Josh Powell's father Steven was arrested on child porn and voyeurism charges last fall.

The judge continued Powell's twice weekly supervised visits with the boys.

Susan Powell vanished in December 2009 at age 28.
