Dad BRIAN CARBONE was supposed to appear before the judge on DV charges (he "allegedly" punched the mother of their infant daughter). So instead of parking his @$$ in jail--so as to cool off his @$$--he's at home the night before court minding the 8-week-old baby while Mom is at work! (Guess somebody has to support the baby and dad's lazy @$$.)
Wow, is "equality" great or what? Mothers of newborns get to work, while hot-headed battering daddies get to babysit!!!
So Daddy is naturally "frustrated" and all (even though he's not the one with the punched face nor the one who has to work), so he "lost his cool" and breaks the baby's leg. You know, because she was crying while he was trying to change her diaper and he just couldn't stand it.
AND THIS @$$HOLE IS OUT ON BAIL AGAIN!!!

A Cumberland County father faces charges of twisting his baby daughter's leg so badly that it broke. And this is not the first time that he has harmed a family member.
The night before Brian Carbone was to appear before a magistrate judge on domestic violence charges involving his fiance, he instead turned his anger on his infant daughter, landing her in the hospital.
On November 2, police say Brian Carbone lost his cool and broke his two-month-old baby's leg.
When EMS arrived, Upper Allen Police relayed that Carbone said the leg was dislocated while changing a diaper. But, according to the criminal complaint, when the doctors said the leg was twisted to the breaking point, Carbone admitted to doing it.
He told police he was upset about appearing in front of the magistrate the next day for punching his fiance, the baby's mother, last December. He added that the screaming child made him, "Frantically stressed out, Actually you could call it chaotic. I was in a chaotic state of mind."
Carbone's friends and neighbors admit that they are stunned.
"I hope he really didn't do it," stated Destinie Watkins. "Changing diapers and breaking legs, that is crazy," added another neighbor. "I know Brian and I don't think he would do it, but if he did, wow."
Carbone is facing felony charges and is free on $1,000 bail. The baby girl is expected to survive.
The mother was at work when the incident occurred, however she was with Carbone when he turned himself in on Tuesday.

From Upper Allen Township Police:
On November 3, 2011 Upper Allen Police were notified that an eight (8) week old infant was transported to Hershey Medical Center via ambulance. The infant was diagnosed as having a fractured leg. On November 4, 2011 police conducted an interview with the father and mother of the infant. The investigation determined that the baby’s father, Carbone, broke the baby’s leg while he was having physical contact with her and she was under his care.
A warrant was obtained and Carbone turned himself in to police on November 15, 2011. Carbone was arraigned by District Judge Mark Martin and released on bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 19, 2011 before Judge Martin.
