Looks like we have another severely injured baby, this time by an UNNAMED DAD who was either "babysitting" or a drunk and useless "stay-at-home."

The severe injuries of a 7-month-old girl has the Portland Police Bureau’s Child Abuse Team investigating a possible child abuse case in Gresham.
The baby girl was severely injured at the Groves Apartments, located at 3500 NE 17th Ave. on Monday night.
Gresham police got a domestic disturbance call around 9 p.m., and upon arrival found an injured baby girl.
A neighbor who lives above the unit where the alleged incident took place said he heard a lot of commotion coming from down below.
“We heard the walls shaking our windows were rattling, we could tell there was a struggle of some type going on down below us,” the neighbor said.
Witnesses said the baby’s father was extremely intoxicated and was acting out of control. They said when the mother of the baby came home, she immediately started to panic.
"The girlfriend of the guy had pulled up and there were some words exchanged between him and her and he ran off. Not more than 30 seconds later she is sitting on the stairs with her baby, and the first words out of her mouth were, ‘my baby is bruised and it has scratches.’ She was trying to wake it up," said the neighbor.
The Gresham Police Department, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, and Portland Police Bureau’s Child Abuse Team stayed on scene until the early morning hours.
The Child Abuse Team is leading the investigation, said Lt. Robert King, Portland Police Department spokesperson.
So far, no arrests have been made.
