Dad charged with 2nd-degree murder in suffocation death of newborn son (Virginia Beach, Virginia)

Dad KEVIN CUSTER is now jailed and charged with 2nd-degree murder in the death of his 6-week-old son. Seems we just have another daddy drafted into infant care who just couldn't deal with normal newborn behavior like crying--so he shook the baby, threw him, and finally smothered him to death. There is no mention of Mom. If we had a civilized country that valued mothers and children, she would have been home on paid maternity leave instead of relying on jackasses like Custer for babysitting.

VIRGINIA BEACH--Court documents are shedding new light on the death of an infant in Virginia Beach.

32-year old Kevin Custer is behind bars accused of murdering the six-week old infant.

According to search warrants, Custer said he shook the child and threw him on the bed because the baby wouldn't stop crying.

When the baby hit his head on the headboard Custer allegedly suffocated him with a pillow.

Custer is charged with second-degree murder.

A trial date will be set on November 3rd.
