Dad ANTHONY KNOX is charged with homicide in the stabbing death of his wife, and aggravated assault against his 7-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter.
Why the hell would anybody call this a "domestic dispute?" To my mind, that means you and your spouse have a disagreement about who failed to unload the dishwasher. Not a potential triple murder.
If a random burglar broke into your home and murdered one person and assaulted two others, would you call that a non-domestic dispute? See how stupid THAT sounds?

Windgap Man Accused In Stabbing Headed To Trial
PITTSBURGH (KDKA)A preliminary hearing was held today for the Windgap man accused of fatally stabbing his wife and injuring his children.
Anthony Knox waived his preliminary hearing and is now headed trial.
At one point during court proceedings today, Knox turned to his family and said, "I'm sorry."
Pittsburgh police say the attack happened earlier this month on Haven Street in the city's Windgap neighborhood. Investigators say the couple had a domestic dispute.
Knox is facing homicide and aggravated assault charges.
He allegedly tried to strangle his 7-year-old son, and is accused of hitting his 13-year-old daughter with a blunt object. She was able to escape, and ran to a neighbor's home for help.
Officers say when they entered the Knox's home, they found Knox's wife on the ground suffering from stab wounds to her chest. She was taken to the hospital where she later died.
Police say officials then found Knox in the kitchen suffering from self-inflicted stab wounds. He too was initially taken to the hospital.
According to the criminal complaint, Knox's daughter told police that on the day of the incident she walked in on her father stabbing her mother.
Knox's attorney offered the reason behind the decision to waive the hearing today in court.
"It is my client's decision whether or not to go forward with the preliminary hearing today," said Lisa Phillips, the defense attorney. "If he was to go forward, his children would come in and testify. He is aware of the ordeal his children are going through and has decided not to put them through anymore trauma at this stage."
Knox's attorney says he is receiving psychiatric care. Officials say his children are still recovering and an aunt is caring for them.
