Dad CORDURAY SCOTT has now been charged with murder, since his 3-month-old son has now died from his injuries. The baby died from head injuries related to Shaken Baby Syndrome, and there were signs that the baby had been suffocated in the past.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Richmond County investigators they have charged the father accused of shaking his baby with murder.
26 News has learned the three-month old baby died Thursday evening at the hospital.
Investigators say the infant was taken to the hospital after Corduray Scott shook him several times. The baby had been on life support since Monday.
Doctors say there were signs of Shaken Baby Syndrome. The baby suffered from nine broken ribs, two detached retinas, and hemorrhaging in the brain. They also found signs that the baby had been suffocated several times in the past.
