Poughkeepsie Authorities Charge Him With Strangling Child.
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Feb. 28.--Nathaniel Ingraham, 24, of East Park was arrested by County authorities here late today on the charge of murdering his six-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
An autopsy performed by Coroner John A. Card showed that the child had been strangled after having been brutally beaten.
