Dad accused of abusing 2-month-old daughter (Wilmington, North Carolina)

Dad JAMES MATTHEW BEALL has been charged with felony child abuse after evidence suggests that his baby daughter was strangled or choked--presumably while in Daddy's care. No mention of Mom. Was Mom working while Daddy was the "caregiver"?

This infant was only 2-months old. Around 8 weeks. Scarcely more than a newborn. Moms need paid maternity care now, so @$$wipes like this don't have to be drafted into babysitting by desperately tired, overworked moms.

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.
